On hygiene and health

Meanwhile, at every fast food counter (although I don't know if the delicious Baleadas Express should really count as fast food) you can do your part to make up for the lack of health care:

The Tribuna image seems to tell us that you can be poor and still moral/clean, with the bare feet and rag pants. And certainly tells us that the burden of hygiene for the city rests on its poorest residents, not on its big polluters and tax evaders.
